I've been to many veterinary places in this is by far the nicest place I've been to. The staff has always been friendly with me and have always been perfect with my dogs and cat. I would recommend this place to everyone I run into.
My dog was abused while here for boarding and grooming. The abuse he sustained resulted in a corneal ulcer and other injuries. I was shocked when he was givien to us in this condition and my husband proceeded to take him to an ER to be evaluated shortly afterward. During a subsequent visit wherein my dog was being treated for the extreme pain he was in from said injuries, a vet tech cussed at us when he urinated because of his fear of her. She then proceeded to yank on his collar to that point that she made it too tight for me to fit my finger underneath as I tried to loosen it for him. I was appalled to witness the latter abuse occur in front of a veterinarian who couldn’t have cared less about how our dog was being treated while at this facility. Management has apologized for how they failed our dog and we were refunded as well, but none of that fixes the trauma that was inflicted on our dog - or my family’s broken trust in this business.
I was extremely impressed with the facility and the staff at Springbrook Animal Care Center. The eco friendly environment is what brought me in and the enormous, clean and open lobby is such a nice bonus. The staff were all so helpful and adoring with my very shy and timid rescue dog. Now we have 2 dogs. Well just boarded them together for the first time. I was thrilled to see their happy (and freshly washed faces) when I picked them up. They had a great stay!
They also offer grooming, bathing, and nail trims (except on Sundays).
HUGE and very nice place to get your pets' healthcare, check-ups, emergency care, etc.

We brought our dog in, with no appointment, and was seen in a very timely manner. She was examined and a treatment plan was implemented and she is doing well. They had done her spay and this was a follow-up. She has spunk once again.
