Thanks Kyle! You helped putting a kick stand on my daughter' s bike and fix the chain that came off track. First time going there tonight, glad it stays open till 7pm. A cool friendly place right when we walked in the store. Love how all the bikes, mostly Specialized and Giant are closely lined up. Great customer service. Will go back again should we need anything bike related services or products. Thanks guys!
Great bicycle shop. I walked in looking for new parts, and they offered to install them even though it was close to closing time. The owner and staff are friendly, reasonable, and competent.
Extremely satisfied with their customer service. Basil was great to work with in purchasing new bikes. He took his time with us, educated us, and walked us through installing a bike rack onto our car. Definitely recommend this shop for anyone interested in buying a bike or accessories. I've been there many times now, looking for accessories and found exactly what I was looking for. I once got immediate service on a broken spoke and I did not even expect that! Owner and staff were nice and knowledgeable. I recently bought a nice full suspension MTB that I love. Fits and rides exactly right for my purpose!
I've been in this store a few times now. Every Time, I was completely ignored. When I asked the person at the counter, questions were answered with simple answers that provided no solution, nor was an offer made to find one. It is unfortunately my closes shop, but I'll have to go elsewhere.
