Had a flawless experience leasing a Mazda3. Salesperson Dan Eugea had the cars ready for test drives before my wife and I showed up (much appreciated). Their online quote was within a dollar or two of the finalized payment. The rest of the staff was also great and went through all the features of the car and answered all questions. Hands down best car buying experience we've ever had. Would definitely recommend.
Also a shout out to Mark, Sales Manager who handled our lease experience with finesse and great salesmanship, an impressive phone follow up as we moved on finalizing the paperwork and to Bob., Finance Manager who made the financing process as smooth as possible with jokes and laughter in between and a free pen to boot!
Best dealership experience I have had. Dennis the Assistant Service Manager was outstanding in his customer service with a recent vehicle recall. He went above and beyond to service a customer whom didn't even purchase the vehicle from his dealership. It is nice to know that there are still great dealers that take care of their customers. They will be on the top of my short list of dealers to consider when I purchase a new vehicle.
It was a tough decision but I didn't end up purchasing a Mazda but was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise that Audrey Lovejoy provided to me. She pointed out all of the wonderful features of the Mazda C-5 and let me experience them first hand in the test drive. I would highly recommend talking to and working with Audrey if you are in the market for a Mazda!
