This is a little gem if a place! My daughter takes art classes here and loves it.
We attended the first Naperville Art League Casino Royale and I have to say, "It was a great time." Plenty of food, drink, and fun for everyone, not to mention the fantastic Art. The theme of the art that was hanging was, "Luck be a Lady." So it went well with the casino party. They had a DJ there, Ian, who really blended the music well to go along with the occasion. I you're looking for something fun and classy to do in Naperville, I would recommend visiting the Naperville Art League. Also, they are expanding their educational offerings, so go to the web site to see what's cook'n. Maybe they'll have a class that's just right for you!
This is an update to the original post. The Naperville Art League has a classroom that is being put to good use. They teach traditional as well as popular art classes, Some of their teachers are very popular and in high demand. If you are considering an art class, I would start here and call them. The staff is polite, attentive and knowledgable. Moving on to the gallery, over the last few of years, I have seen many of the showings in the the Naperville Art League Gallery. The local talent on display here is incredible. This place is a must stop for Anybody wanting to see great local art.
